I place the lines and writing of my poetic texts as a creative element in my compositions.
The writing is often legible because I want it to convey the word, but it can become abstract or take on a wild form to take us "elsewhere’.
The absence of legibility is a necessity, a stance of deconstructing language. This can be interpreted as a response to the almost total omnipresence of communication in our contemporary society.
I oppose the dominant form of text with the deconstructing of the word in my written creations, and of form in my ‘purely’ pictorial creations.
